For 20g Taster Pouches

Our 20g pouches are designed as a taster size so you can try our Yerba Mate before committing to a larger quantity. If you don’t like it for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order — even if the pouch has been opened and sampled.

To qualify, you must provide:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • The name of the product you tried
  • A brief reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)

No return of the 20g pouch is required.

For All Other Items

You may return any eligible unopened item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return or Refund Request

Return Shipping

For standard returns (excluding 20g taster pouches), customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return or refund request is processed, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including perishable goods, opened consumables (excluding 20g taster pouches), and items marked as “final sale.”

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
